I was assaulted by P C Dean Humpstone in my own home. The attack took place when he was called in as back up to deal with me when I was told I had to go to Buxton the next day. I couldn't go at that time as I had a dentist's appointment. The attack only stopped when I managed to tell him I was on medication for a heart condition and Rheumatoid Arthritis. The situation arose out of a gang of Eastern Europeans parking on my drive while they held a conversation. My house is 40 metres from the road up a very steep drive so there was obviously an ulterior motive for being there. Because I told them to leave my property they then invented an assault involving my late husband who was nowhere near the house. This whole incident was very distressing and I would never trust Derbyshire Police again.

How can anyone describe discovering the Police are collaborating Fraud in the Estate of your late father in law on behalf of fee earners and two convicted criminals ? There are few words to adequately describe the amount of documented, nonsensical, evidence they have produced over a 7 year period due to their own incompetence and willingness to Pervert The Course of Justice. Their actions have included non compliance with Court Orders and the withholding to date of significant evidence relative to a civil court case. In addition, even presented with a 60 page Bill of solicitors costs, easily proven to be fraudulent by official paper work, Derbyshire Constabulary did nothing. The fact is,aside from their blatant dishonesty and inability to provide straight answers to straight questions Derbyshire Constabulary are utterly incompetent in terms of discerning the differences between civil and criminal matters. These oath breakers are not to be trusted. The death of anyones parents is a traumatic time - no one needs that experience being further compounded by knuckle dragging plod. Shame on Derbyshire Constabulary. I would advise anyone to only contact them if you really, really, have to. Ensure you take all names and numbers of any Officers you encounter and always insist on a Crime Number for any reported crimes.
