Went to see A Christmas Carol today and thoroughly enjoyed it. I have been to several of the Christmas performances over the past few years and they've all been excellent. Nice venue, clean and comfortable and not too large. Definitely recommend.
We went to see A Christmas Carol... The whole cast were excellent, the singing, sets and production was fab. We were in row B so had an excellent view. Derby Theatre is a great place to visit I've also been with my school for the Big Sing hopefully for generations to come.
Currently one of my favourite theatres. Aside from the wonderful warm feeling you get in the building, the buzz about the place, the inclusivity and integrity of the team, the theatre produced here is truly excellent. We've seen three shows here in the last 12 months and will come back for more. Go see. Enjoy.
Lovely theatre, with good acoustics. Staff are nice, friendly and polite and toilets are clean. However drinks and snacks are a bit expensive. But no more than any other similar venue, I suppose.
