Very good,as bus stations go.nPlenty of information available via the ‘departures’ screens .nClean , modern and easily accessible.nIf you are in need of a quick wee wee , it will cost you 50 pence!

After travelling 3hrs myself and 2 kids needed the toilet, couldn't get to the toilet as we didnt have 50p, two grumpy member of staff demanding 50p , then to tell me the kids can go in for free but not me. The kids used the toilets that smelt and just not nice  their words.

Clean modern bus station. Our bus was here and the information board didn’t tell us, also the path to our bus had a barrier in the way.

Located in the bus station, James Cafe is handy. The food is ok, tea n coffee too

If you have bus services during the night, why is this not opened 24/7? I had to wait outside like a bum in the middle of the night.
