Useless place. My daughter broke half of her tooth off and she told me it wasn't causing trouble so we left it until her appointment. When she had an appointment the dentist told me about the broken tooth but he did nothing exept saying that it might cause trouble. We had another appointment and he did nothing. Now the tooth fell out and she just has pieces of that tooth in her gums. Wonder what will happen next appointment.
Not sure why the woman on the reception tried to make out I was lying after charging me twice for an appointment. The least she could of done is apologised after she realised. Got there to show proof on my bank statements before I could even talk she was telling me no! She can only see it once. Unprofessional.
I would not change my dentist in a million years, and it is like seeing old friends. Everyone is so lovely, reception staff are fab, always so helpful. I have been with Afy for many years and long may it continue. Thank you for always taking good care of me. Fiona.
In March 2022 a filling was placed in the right side of my mouth. No follow-up call was made. After weeks of pain I returned in April to have the filling reduced in size. No follow-up call was made after the procedure. After more weeks of pain I contacted this business in May 2022 to have the filling completely removed. I’m still awaiting a callback. My advice: avoid this Dental Practice.
Dr Divya Patel couldn’t have been nicer and very patient with me as a nervous patient. She explained very clearly what needed to be done and asked me if I had any questions. She even said I could contact her if I thought of something when at home. The whole experience was absolutely painless from the reception staff to the dentist.
Disgraceful. Need an emergancy extraction and they claim i missed an appointment so now no linger with them even though i called and cancelled and the woman who i spoke too said to call to rearrange! So now i habe no dentist and in agony! Duty of care?!- my arse
I have been coming to this dental surgery for many years.. And I have to say they have been nothing short of amazing, especially the last 2 years.. the reception staff are very professional and always try to help you. My Dentist Dr Cheema is absolutely awesome and helped me so much through some tough dental adventures. And ofcourse the nurses always make you feel at ease and are very friendly and smiley. Thank you
Thank you Mr Asif Hayat and the nurse who carried out my treatment on my teeth. Full empathy was shown and Mr Hayat gave instructions and information regarding my care for my teeth . Thank you for your continuous reassuring communication throughout the treatment as I was nervous having hyper sensitive teeth. He was caring , positive and approachable at all times taking my needs into full consideration. Very child friendly! My child was terrified of dentists before and would never open her mouth at other dentists. We decided to give this place a go and we r so happy we did, not only she finally let dentist see her terth, she even had her filing done. And it's all because Dr. Ilyas was so great with her! Can't be any happier
The receptionist are rude and argumentative, the dentists aren't willing to help. Useless and lazy! Would recommend avoiding. Asked for a referral to another dentists as I've moved over an hour away and they said they aren't will to do so. Basically just lazy and can't be bothered to do so. Would give zero stars.
