I made an appointment which was confirmed via text message and the morning before my appointment I received a text message with the following: “ due to circumstances beyond our control your appointment is cancelled. We are very sorry for this inconvenience. The reception team at Dental Care Ireland Ashbourne will be in touch to re-book your appointment at a time convenient to you”. I have not been contacted since my cancellation date of the 26th of January 2024.
I was a very nervous patient and had some awful experiences with dentist previously, However today I had an appointment with Dr Eleni Stefanidou, who put me at ease from the moment I met her. I can say it was by far the best experience I have ever had with a dentist and I would recommend her and DCI to anyone who is a nervous patient. Explained everything and she and her assistant were very polite, understanding, and above all extremely professional. They are a credit to the practice. Thank you so much for your help and for making this the first positive experience I have had with a dentist over the years.
Always receive top class professional service from Karen.. I’m from the old school..who had bad childhood dentist memories and Karen always ensures I’m at ease without any pain during my treatment..highly recommended Karen

We love Dr Claire in our house. She is fantastic with our children and us grown ups too. She is gentle and explains everything and she never gives out!
Couldn't recommend Dental Care Ireland anymore, From the girls at reception to my dentist Karen Grealis, I was always feel so at ease when attending. I would never got to another dentist now. Karen always explains everything clearly and the clinic is very reasonably priced

If I could give 10 stars I would! The practice has amazing facilities and my dentist, Claire was incredible. The staff who looked after me at reception scheduled my next appointment before I left and were extremely helpful. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and the prices are very competitive. I would recommend for anyone to go for their next dental appointment
