Extremely disappointing. Terrible experience and zero follow up care.nI had composite bonding done by the principal dentist Dr W on January 30th, 2023.nnEven though I showed the dentist pictures of what I wanted to achieve, the teeth did not turn out to be anywhere close to what was discussed. They were very unnatural and way too square. The teeth were then filed down repeatedly in an attempt for a rounder and more natural look. A bit of my enamel was also shaved during the process. Throughout the procedure, I could feel his frustration and impatience, especially as the appointment exceeded the expected duration. He told me that he had another appointment coming up when I was still not satisfied with the shape of my teeth. He was annoyed and went completely silent while filing my teeth. I felt pressured and rushed the whole time. At one point he even left the room leaving me with just another nurse. The whole experience was very uncomfortable for me.nnA few months ago I reached out to the dentist on Instagram to request a touch up as well as a quote. Some of the corners of the teeth are extremely sharp as a result of filing. It’s uncomfortable as I run my tongue across my teeth. However, the dentist was dismissive. I was ignored. The conversation lasted for 3 weeks but there was no progress or suggestion provided by him. I had to constantly ask for a response and there would only be minimal responses on his end. I decided to write a complaint to the practice regarding that. Later I found out I was blocked by the dentist on Instagram. The practice arranged a clinician to have a consult with me. The guy was fairly aggressive during the consult. I felt like I was being interrogated and questioned, rather than addressing the issues that I had. I was told to go to another dentist to get my teeth fixed. I asked about the sharpness and he asked me back if they were so sharp that I was getting cut. He told me the sharpness is normal when it is not. After all, they did not provide any solution for me.nnThe lack of follow up communication and resistance to address my concerns have only compounded my disappointment with the overall experience. I wish I had not gone to them. Think twice if you are considering going to them.
Will was excellent from start to finish. His calmness made me feel comfortable and at ease during the consultation, and he delivered exactly what was promised. Delighted with the end result. Thank you!
The whole experience from start to finish was fantastic. Very pleased with my Invisalign results and Brandon has been fantastic, great and keeping you informed and creating a comfortable environment when in the chair. Highly recommend him if you are looking to use this dentist.
I had an appt on 4.7.24 with Brandon Jurgita at dental beauty having a crown put in and just had to write a review regarding the outstanding, caring service that I received as I was very scared to say the least of all the injections and drilling that most of us don’t like!!nTo ease my fears from the beginning everything was explained in detail what to expect and feel, he stopped to check on how I was feeling all the time as I was shaking, the noise of the drill was kind of substituted by his music he kindly put on which did help. So a big Thank you Brandon and for Daisy too. 100% recommended!!
Haniyeh is a great dentist, I’m afraid of the dentist but she put me an ease & done a very deep clean on my teeth I felt very safe in her hands .nCat the nurse is fantastic also helped put me at ease I’m not a very good patient but they both had patience with me .nnDaisy the receptionist is lovely makes me laughnThe whole team are fantasticnnWould highly recommend this dental practice.
