My husband uses this practice. Compared to many many surgery’s in the uk. This is amazing fast appointments. Doctors that care. Nurses so helpful. Lovley front team. If your in this practice you should thank your lucky stars in city’s and large towns you work only by e consults most lost seeing a doc face to face. 5 stars

Been using this GP practice for a year now. Never had any issues getting an appointment. Always been offered an appointment in a easonably quick time , even the same day!nMy toddler son is also registered with this practice and never had any issues. All nurses and doctors are very friendly and considerate. The reception staff is nice too.nThe practice does midwife appointmets and baby clinic too.
Was told I was not eligible for flu vaccine even though my husband has cancer. Check nhs website as I am.Receptionist said I could have one at pharmacy if I paid. Boots didn't have the same problem. They welcomed us both and advised we were both eligible. Even though you sent my husband a letter stating you would help anyway you could. Your staff are uncaring and unhelpful.
I would not recommend this GP Surgery its very poor. I work in a GP Surgery and we always try to help our patients in the best way we can. We focus on the patients care and wellbeing. It's so difficult to get an appointment at this place. A member on the reception desk has been very rude and unhelpful on several occasions and I have left feeling upset or deflated after a telephone conversation.nTime for me to find another surgery I've only been registered since June 19 and managed to get 1 doctors appointment all the other times I've had to call 111.
