Lovely morning out here. Participated in pottery painting session, was a little expensive but you get your £5 booking fee taken off your total at the end of the session. My pot was ready to collect after 2 weeks, outlet prices are great and the cafe does a great selection of cakes and a decent coffee. Love that its dog friendly. Tried a few bits from the farm shop / greedy pig butchers. Very tasty!! Have been and will be back
We both had the Big Breakfast. Basically 2 of everything. The bacon and sausage are from the inside butchers and really good quality. Choice of poached or fried eggs. Crispy hash browns. Loved the buttered mushrooms and the fact the beans and tomatoes were in separate pots. We were invited to try but would 100% return ourselves. So much to do there too, butchers, deli, shops, garden centre and a Denby Pottery shop.
Lovely place to visit. It would benefit from a bigger children's play area, just to keep little ones entertained.
I mean if you like Denby pottery then this is the place to be I guess! Just came for breakfast while passing. I had the eggs Benedict which were very nice. Thought it was a bit odd that I had to pass my own order back to the kitchen rather than the member of staff relaying it? Noticed that she didn't ask the older customers to do it themselves.
It's been a few years since our last visit and was pleasantly surprised by the updates. The farm shop is a fantastic addition and of the products we have sampled so far, they have been impressive. The gift shop has a good range of stock, I purchased some products from the Scottish Fine Soaps range. Will definitely return again. Plenty of parking spaces.
We had a lovey day out first we had a champagne breakfast it was very good worth the money and the staff are very friendly and helpful,Then we went on the tour in the factory the man taking the tour was very knowledgeable and happy to answer the question we had all in all a good day out. And I will be booking the afternoon tea soon
Nice shop, popped in for some whiskey glasses or some port glasses, and found what I needed. Was £16.50 instead of £22. My dad loved the gift and the quality. The staff were very helpful and kind. Went to the butcher area, and the butcher was very helpful and reccomeded me some cuts for my BBQ. I also bought a chocolate pizza made entirely from chocolate, which is very sweet but a nice treat for a person with a sweet tooth. Great afternoon out
Had a lovely afternoon at Denby Pottery for Bank Holiday Monday. My daughter loved sitting on the blood motor bike, my grandson absolutely loved the fish. Unfortunately they ran out of jacket potato's so I had to buy chips, which were cold and soggy. We had a look around the little museum and bought some side plates.
Great place for young and old. There's something to do for everyone. More than ample parking. Great offers on all Denby pottery. They have a fabulous store for Denby products, an exhibition area, a restaurant, a cafe, a farm shop selling great food, shops with unusual gifts, a great butchers shop, fabulous deli selling pies and cheese and outside Area for children.
We had a lovely Halloween craft experience at Denby pottery. Staff was ever so nice and helpful. Kids created some beautiful crafts we could take home the same day. The shops were also amazing and both kids picked something nice to buy. Thank you for a lovely experience.
