What a jewel of a place. Great food. Service is excellent and doesn’t break the bank . Dog friendly too xxWill be backFood: 5/5
This has to be the WORST experience I have ever had in a resteraunt, bear with me and il explain. Booked our table for 7pm and arrived at 6.45pm and was seated at our table, manager said he was waiting on a delivery so the drinks were limited which was fine. We ordered our food, snacks, starters and mains. We asked for our snacks and starters together and mains after, after 10 minutes the waitress who was so lovely came over and explained that they had ran out of half the menu...again we had to order other items as most of what we had ordered was out of stock, a little annoying but we didn't mind too much. After 15 minutes our starters and snacks arrived. There was 2 items missing! I thought they would bring them out with the mains so I didn't say anything at the time, we ate what was there and after 30 minutes one of the mains arrived, I then mentioned to the girl that we were missing some items from the starter and she told me that the system wasn't working so the kitchen only received half our order!! As my partner tucked into his main he was finished it within 20 minutes and I was still waiting on my food which is utterly disappointing to have to eat alone, this is not the level of service I would expect for the prices they are charging. Anyways fast forward to 8.30pm....still no main mean for me, I noticed other customer that came in after us getting their food before mine and I had had enough so I went and spoke with the manager and told him I'm leaving as I needed to be somewhere and I was very disappointed. He still made me pay for what we had ate and offered me a 10 percent discount. I would avoid this place altogether until they get their act together and if the resteraunt reads this contact me as I'd like to speak further and hopefully recieve a refund for this awful experience.
Brilliant Tunes. Quite poor service - ordered food but later told when food arrived the menu had changed. The "Avacado" was Guacamole. The "Strawberry Sorbet" was Ice-cream. The Perfect Serve gin perfectly served with tonic as per menu, but the tonic was "accidentally" charged on the bill and later refunded when pointed out. Fantastic background music a solid 9/10.
My first pint inside a pub for over a year, that good I had three. I also are two breakfasts, Scottish & American, delicious.
Love the beef tower with mac' n cheese as side! Great selection of G&T! Enjoy the night there!
Food was absolutely delicious. . I had the fish and chips, my partner had the open top chicken and bacon club, both were presented beautifully. First time visiting but won’t be the last! Staff are so lovely and friendly too.
Brilliant Food, very filling and more importantly technically sound too. Pictured is the Hake with Orzo, Prawns and grilled Cauliflower.
Really nice food. Me and my friend were impressed and reasonably priced. Staff were friendly and attentive.Food: 5/5
Visited with two friends. Tried the small plates. Prawns in batter were overcooked just off being burnt. The plate of vegetables consisted of carrots and cauliflower which were straight from the frozen food Isle. The place was very quiet which is not surprising given the quality of the food.Food: 2/5
Disappointed with the food. Was out for a birthday lunch. Had the sliders which had the thinnest patties which caused them to char too much and dry out, the dirty meaty wedges were undercooked and some were still raw in the middle, they were also overloaded in a BBQ sauce which wasn't the nicest. My fiance got the creamy chicken pesto pasta which was nice but the garlic flatbread which accompanied it was stale. The staff were helpful and swapped out the wedges for fries and discounted the lunch but the overall quality of food was sub par, we won't be back for food in a hurry and I wouldnt recommend it for food.
