Got overcharged on a trip. I used Delta a month prior to go to the airport, paid £65. This time it was somehow £99 to the same airport. Did not question it at the time big mistake just paid. A day later I emailed customer service asking if they increased their prices. Got confirmation I was overcharged since said airport had a fixed price and the driver charged me based on the meter. Asked for a refund for the excess money. Got told the drives wasn't working for Delta anymore, and they can't refund me since they don't take fares. I sincerely do not care about their inner workings, if I was overcharged by someone representing a company then I demand a refund from the company. I am still in touch with customer service but I'm not holding my breath. Whether I get compensated or not, I will not be using Delta ever in the future and I encourage everyone to boycott them. They don't care about their customers, they don't deserve our money.

Priority booking is a joke, priority doesn’t exist, when they was using the app was a better and quick service. Some times get the taxi in 5 minutes and others time have to wait more than 40 minutes, so where is priority booking? Drivers very kind, no trouble whatsoever, good company in general and cheap, better than cabs. Please do your own app.
Pre booked a taxi a week in advance for 7.15pm. After chasing them up after no taxi arrived we eventually got told that they were waiting for a taxi to come available in the area. After waiting an hour the lady on the phone took an attitude and basically told us our only option was to wait for one to come available in the area and this was after they told us it was listed on there system as a priority. What's the point in even booking a taxi with Delta for a set time when there attitude is simply that they'll take your booking and tell you they'll be there at that time knowing full well that they'll only do that if they have a taxi nearby at that time. Ruined our evening after making us 1 1/2 hours late, we had to use another firm in the end as no taxi ever arrived. Joke of a company, 0 stars.
Wish I could give 0 stars. I booked the taxi yesterday to pick me up at 7am the next day to get to John lennon airport about 5 minutes by car from where I live. When it was 15 minutes late I've rung the company only to find out that it should be with me shortly. I gave up after half an hour. Having no other choice I had to wake my neighbour up and ask if he could give me a lift. He did. Delta unreliable terrible experience. Avoid.Service: Limousines
Its a absolute shambles. I have used delta 15 years. The last 3 years have people who can't speak English and you feel racist cos communication is impossible. Complaints are treated like the employment. Zero care for customer safety/service. Uber makes it easy cos you fail at customer service and genuine concern. Delta is a shocking example of society and hope who ever reads this does not use the service. A business is good wen managed properly its lacking in honesty. PLEASE AVOID
Called 40 mins before my shift at work the taxi arrived 10 mins after my shift started driver didn't speak English and couldn't understand what I said. When he finally figured out where I was going he told me he didn't know the way and that his satnav couldn't find the address. Canceled that taxi and booked another was told I was on priority that was half an hour ago. Joke of a business use Britannia instead at least their drivers know where they're going
Been using delta for a few years now. Would prebook if I’m heading to the train station. Never had any problems and the drivers have always been pleasant enough.
Worst company ever, book a taxi for 3pm for Liverpool John Lennon Airport after 10 minutes no driver anvelible. massive disappointment avoid.
Pre ordered taxi for pick up after family festival. Rang after waiting 40 mins in pouring dark & raining heavily then taxi got cancelled? Rang back to be apologised to and now priority so all in all 1hr extra wait time. Come on guys you need to sort this as people rely on your service and customers will go elsewhere if not reliable.
