Our company POC Management have put hundreds of items of clothing through Delta and never had a single problem. Prices are more than reasonable, we have never been misled or charged more than what originally quoted for. I'd recommend them all day long. Keep up the good work.

Good service at a good price. All the negative reviews here seem to be for dry cleaning. I can't comment on that I only used the laundry service, which I had a very good experience with.

They ruined a pair of suit trousers and accuse me of lying. I brought several suits into them before Christmas and collected them on Christmas eve, just before they closed. I was going on holiday straight after Christmas and before they would be open again, and didn't have time to check them before I went. On my return, my husband took one of the suits out to wear for work to discover that the opening catch had been ripped off of the flap which made them unwearable. I took them into the shop to be told it had been too long since it was done and I can't prove that they did it!! There were no cleaning tabs on the suit, and when I looked at the other suits, there weren't any on any of the suits, but then I'd had to wait for them to be packed up when I collected them, so I reckon they didn't have time to do that. I have written to the boss, but he won't accept responsibility but as a"gesture of good will" is offering to repair them free of charge! I don't appreciate being accused of lying, and I am disgusted that they have the audacity to suggest that we might have caused the damage ourselves!

Based on response from the owner regarding the feedback from his customers, I shall not be using this service. Feedback from your customers is feedback based on YOUR service. YOUR customers are not happy . Excuses don't help , actions and a better service help

I took a duvet to be drycleaned but it wasn't supposed to be and they didn't spot it or say anything when it was ruined. I never complained as I should have checked. Just rang to ask for a quote to have another king size washed not drycleaned and was told it would cost £15.50 so went down to shop. When the girl processed the order it was actually £17.90. All she could say was sorry I made a mistake. Had to leave after driving all that way but not impressed. Will look elsewhere in future.
