The food was all stale. Seemed to be reheated. Nothing tasted fresh. Everything was under seasoned. The pizza was burnt and the pasta tasted awful. We couldn't eat the burgers,they were not for for human consumption. Delivery was late. I feel they need a review of their food and hygiene rating.
Gone massively downhill. I used to go here most weekends but no more. Overpriced and food is poor. The wife and I threw our kebabs in the bin before we'd eaten half, we ended up making a ham sandwich. Mo was handling change and then making pizza without washing his hands. No more.
Ordered 2 large chicken tikka However the food was fresh as they put in old chicken from aways ago Very mean and rude Asked to simply Write S on 1 of them so I would know that it's spicy. But made both mild. Didn't follow instructions Wouldn't recommend coming here again.
The worst experience ever!!! Would never recommend this place. I ordered chicken wings and those were horrible. There was no taste of wings but just oil. The crust was shredded in the box. The chicken felt like raw!! The awful taste spoiled my mood.
One of the best pizzas in Derby. Customer service it top tier. Staff are always smiling. The chicken tikka kebab was out of this world. Would have delizia for breakfast, lunch and dinner if I could.
Ordered small order 3 items. Placed 1125 Full comedy show. with no intervals. Unfortunately got told 5 mins 3 times. Three customer served before who come placed order after Me . Food is top Service or I think they call it customer service is not there. Lights are on , but no one is in. Well got my takeaway now. Part 2 to come if it not to standard.
Second time we have placed an order, paid online and waited over an hour just to call them to find out the person who answered the phone is new and has forgotten to print of the receipt so the order was not placed. Customer service is terrible and is non-existent. Would definitely not recommend.
Haven't visited you guys in a year last time was November 2021 with my partner + always order under a different name when through the app. This is hands down my favourite takeaway of all time. The shish, chicken tikka and naans are insanely good and when I lived just around the corner, I'd get them weekly. I've left a review on the app a few years back but by the looks of it I haven't gotten around to it on google yet :D The staff are extremely lovely, and I always visit when I'm in Derby. Staff have grown to recognise me even if I haven't been at the establishment for 6 months at a time and always greet me with a "welcome back" look and a smile. I absolutely love the morale and the food and just how nice everybody working here is. I've genuinely not had a single issue in the 70+ times I've ordered here and waiting times haven't been a bother either. The takeaway also contributes to people in need during Christmas periods by giving away free food. This is extremely wholesome and I'm really in awe that they do this. Cannot recommend Delizia any more than I already do. Very delicious food made with care. I cannot wait to visit again when opportunity allows! Hope you all are doing well. Keep up the excellent work!
Food is very good but came cold pizza was cold thats all
If you want a greasy kebab this is the place for you. The pizzas are great too. Best to avoid delivery, they take an age, but if you collect your food and get it freshly made, it's a brilliant dirty calorific treat!
