Poor customer service, multiple batches of stale bread, chasing me to pay invoices of deliveries that have been rejected due to quality. Do everything over the phone to avoid a paper trail. Really awful supplier.
The worst service ever. They delivered the wrong product by their mistake and when I asked them to take the wrong one and replaced for the one I ordered and paid online, they say I have to pay again and wait until they credit the wrong product they brought by mistake!! And this is not the first time. Last time working with them.

Absolutely horrible company. I have called 4 times for account opening, never ever you cant get through sales team. I have send an email, after nearly two weeks I received respond : "Hi Piotr I’m just following up on your interest with an account with us as you have not replied. Can you please reply with your full business address and contact details? This will allow me to get you into contact with the relevant sales rep who will be able to speak with you regarding products and pricing. Can you state your business sector? i.e. Retail or IFS Kind regards, Jennifer Webshop Team Delice de France Ltd" In the mean time I open account with 10 different companies, everything went smooth. I heard also they make same problems with delivery & invoicing. Avoid at all cost
Was waiting more then 40 minutes just as receptionist said will call me back for secure payment team and didn't gone through yet. in that case I left the place.as time is money. They need to be bit fast As they knows due to pendamic order and payment on phone
If you want them to be your main supplier. I wouldn't recommend them at all. Only as back up. The amount of times they have messed up with delivery's not turning, its unreal. And they are getting alot worst.

No customer service, not just poor but none to see at all. I had to wait 10 minutes to be acknowledged by a rude Indian man, who was in the back and could clearly see me. I then paid and he immediately left and went back into the back. I then asked if I could have a receipt, only to be told the machine wasn’t working - I need a receipt in order to send to my company but he said sorry there’s nothing I can do. I understood this but I wasn’t told before paying that I couldn’t have had a receipt or I wouldn’t have purchased the food. He then shrugged and offered no remorse - I wouldn’t be paying to employe this man!
Such a shambles of a company.every week something is missing from my order and it takes 20 phone calls,20 emails and months to rectify and by this time we are doing the whole process again
