The food we have tried were so good, definitely will come back for the crispy duck and salt and pepper chips. And the worker was generous to give chips to my boy who followed me for pickup, friendly enough to ask if there were other siblings at home. So generous and friendly.
Not very happy with this service. We got a text message after ordering saying our order had been cancelled so out of curiosity we phoned up to see what had happened, the worker that answered the phone was very snappy and insisted that the reason for the cancel was our fault and that they had phoned us and we didn’t answer when they was no phone call. He proceeded to not let us talk and talked over us and then says “there’s nothing I can do.. bye!” He had a rude tone and wasn’t very helpful wouldn’t recommend.
Ordered online, needed to speak to restaurant and after 4 attempts of being cut off by them a very rude man answered and told me he was too busy to talk and told me he was cancelling my order because they were too busy!! Very rude, second time this has happened first time I was told he couldn’t hear me because they were busy and order on line then slammed the phone down! Nearly £100 of business lost. BAD MOVE
My parter and I have tried several Chinese takeaways in a bid to find our favourite. It’s safe to say this place is in top slot right now! Really very, very nice food and speedy delivery. The delivery, or rather the cost of it PLUS service charge £4.50 in total is the only reason I’ve not given 5 stars in this review. Lovely meal, will use again but might collect myself in future.
Good didn’t turn up. Spoke to the manager and he basically called me a liar. I have video evidence that it never came. Manager was rude and not understanding. No customer service.
The customer service in this place is abysmal! We received an order that was cold and left a review complaining which we were refunded for and have just tried to order again and have been told that they will no longer deliver to us! Is it our fault that the food was cold? the audacity to say that they are going to refuse to serve us anymore! Absolutely shocked by the unprofessional workers here! As someone who works in the service industry where just eat is used, i can not believe that a restaurant would do this! Shocked and disgusted! Would advise all to not order from here!
Food was cold and chewy when I called the manager shouted at me multiple times that he didn't trust me and was blocking me from ordering again. Shouted I'm busy and put the phone down. The food looked like it had been re heated from yesterday. Don't waste your money on this place. I wish I had seen the reviews before I had ordered.
Last meal was not as nice as had previously, but decided to give this place one more try, wish I hadn't! Rang to order but was told to place order on line not through just eat but through their new alleatappapp, spent 30 minutes trying to place the order but the app was difficult and slow to use, did not want a big order so ordered the minimum amount for delivery, but app gave 20% discount so that brought the total down and had to order more food before it would accept the order ??? so ending up ordering more food than wanted. Tried to pay through the app but did not get a confirmation, so rang the restaurant again, to find out if order received. Spoke to very rude man who said he was manager, I tried to explain I did not think their ordering app working properly and they may be losing business if others having same problem, and he treated me as if I was complaining which I wasn't he was very rude and nasty, he told me he's not interested and I was not to order from him again! No worries on that score would never use them again!! And no we never received the order!

We have ordered a takeaway from this place a few times, but never again! Absolutely appalling service, probably the worst we have ever had in Bedford, in fact anywhere. I've read through some of the reviews here and cannot understand where some of the high stars come from because we've tried the food, and its ok at best, but poor as a standard. If only we'd seen the Food & Hygiene rating earlier, we would never have ordered anything, but as for the service from the little troll at the front, he would definitely put anyone off! We'd never recommend this place to anyone.
