My Mum sent me flowers from this shop. They flatly refused to do a basket and said they would only do a hand-tied bunch. She paid £40. The flowers were delivered on the wrong day & at the wrong time of day, getting my husband out of bed. They were made up of cheap chrysants & inexpensive Oriental lilies with just four roses, two calla lilies, two palm fronds & a sprig of eucalyptus. There was one inadequately sized sheet of cellophane taped round them & the scrappiest rafia bow I've ever seen. There was no bag of water with the flowers, so my bleary-eyed husband had to find a vase to put them in. I am furious that my mother has been ripped off like this and my very hardworking husband inconvenienced!
