We had a lovely night’s stay in the double room with ensuite at Delaware B&B. We were greeted early and allowed to keep our car parked on premises prior to check-in so we could explore the town. The location couldn’t be more convenient; a simple 5 minute walk into the sleepy town centre where you can rent a motorboat to explore the broads or grab a bite to eat (we recommend Donnelli’s pizzeria for authentic wood-fired pies). 
Upon check-in, we were offered menus for local restaurants and shown to our clean, cosy room where tea, coffee and ice water were on offer.
Free WiFi and a key to the front door allowed us to feel at home. Full English breakfast with choice of vegetarian option was welcomed nourishment in the morning with flexible serving between 7-9am allowing for a slow Sunday start.

Really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to those travelling through this quaint town.

Very nice, tidy, quiet place. Spacious room with a sofa. Lovely, helpful owners. 1 star off for the the room being on the attic, directly under sun and uneven ceiling and no bath in the bathroom. Highly recommended as great  price to quality ratio.

Was a family bungalow but now a comfy cosy bed breakfast well ordered helpfull host standard breakfast would go again walking distance into wroxham 10 mins good place

This is a lovely guest house in a great location. Just a short walk to the centre of town. We were made very welcome. The  large twin room was spotless with a lovely bathroom. The food was delicious and plentiful. Nothing was too much trouble.
We arrived early and we were  very kindly allowed to park our car so we could enjoy our first day. Thanks for making our special occasion so nice.
