Earlier today I came in looking for some shoes suitable for hiking. I wasn't able to find my size, thankfully a lovely and approachable staff member, Fatima was extremely helpful in finding my size and making my experience shopping at Deichmann easy and amazing. We need more lovely and kind people like Fatima. Overall the staff were lovely and there when needed help.
Very poor customer service, no-one is there to help and even if someone comes to help us other person will take them away especially , Was there last week and was asking a shoe size from a new joinee there , she was very eager to help but the guy there was very rude and not allowed her to go and have a look to find a size I asked. With this sort of customer service and staff , no one will ever visit deichmann.
Great store to get branded shoes and trainers at low prices plus you can get your new or old shoes or trainers waterproof for a few quid 100% recommended
I was very glad to be in the store. They have a whole lot of shoes and bags for different categories,either male, female and kids. They have nice and unique designs. It's very affordable

Box 1: missing shoe Box 2: two right shoes no left shoe Box 3: damaged shoe Box 4: wrong size in right box Box 5: finally, the correct shoes. Went to pay and was misquoted was the shoe treatment service. Meanwhile the lady next to me was returning a "pair" of shoes that were, in fact, two different sizes of shoe. I can't ever remember buying shoes being such a lottery before, but it took up my entire lunch break.

Normally a good selection of shoes but noticed limited selection of sizes for men,prices reasonable. Well worth a visit to have a look.
