Really nice customer service. A lot half price sale.
Returned a pair of faulty Land rover boots to be told no replacement in store but could have them delivered to the store or home,I opted to collect in store I was then told they had gone up by Three pounds which I agreed to pay .Today I collected the boots got them home as I got them out the box which showed the extra price increase to my amazement the boots inside had a price tag showing the original price, I feel ripped off by Deichmann its not the money but if this is a common practice with customers returning faulty goods it is surely morally wrong and very poor customer service I have enjoyed several land rover products but will spend my money elsewhere now
Was visiting for Christmas with 2 Dogs Shady and Diva, last minute service while closing. I met Lauren and she is very friendly and good with my dogs and she was very patient even on Christmas Eve at closing was as patient as on a normal day. Really lovely staff. Lauren was very helpful thank you for a lovely experience away from home
Good price & overall goods shopping experience. Very helpful staff who took the time to check stock for my size even though it was very busy in shop. When it became apparent that my size was not available in store, they arranged for a home delivery from stock. Arrived next day! Excellent & rare customer service in this day & age. Good prices for shoes especially kids school shoes and decent quality plus the option to have them guarded against weather and scruffs there and then which is definitely worth the money and they usually have deals on in the school holidays when you need them most! Nice selection of ladies shoes boots and trainers too. Staff polite and friendly and happy to help
Excellent shop with styles for everyone. Had quite a few pairs of leather boots from here and they are excellent quality, super comfortable and really last and last.
I love the Graceland range here which is well worth enduring the cramped space and groups of other rude customers to find the right purchase. There was a member of staff talking very loud which was amplified by the high ceiling every few words of each sentence linked with "like" a la Justin Bieber. However the young man who served me at the pay point was very chatty, helpful and knowledgeable.
Some good pieces in here. Nice boots, shoes, trainers and bags. Prices very reasonable. Always a good place to check out if in the area of one of the stores.
Great place for shoes smart and casual with some very unusual styles. I've had several pairs and they have attracted much attention back home in Somerset. Price range is also good.
Disappointed for myself as I need wide fittings and there was not much to choose from in the wide fit section wanted pumps or sandals and didn't find any they have a really good selection of shoe etc to suit all ages it's just a shame about wide fit staff are really helpful though
