Simply delicious. The best bakery I’ve found in Oxfordshire, Dan’s bread tastes so good, it is noticeably better than ‘normal’ bread. I regularly buy his sourdough and am addicted to the ‘Fig and Fennel’ loaf. He truly is a master Artisan baker!
