Shocking customer service. Never anyone on the till. Always have to wait 20 minutes for a spar staff member to finish serving on the Spar counter. None of the staff are properly trained and regularly refuse to perform post office services. If you want to tax a vehicle, get travel money or anything other than buying stamps you have no chance. Spar Conwy do not deserve to have this PO franchise as it just seems and inconvenience for the staff. They are under staffed and always flippant if you need anything other than posting a birthday card they don't have time of day for you.
Waited 20 minutes to pay a bill and was totally ignored. Spar does not deserve to have the Post Office. Went to Llandudno Junction post office and was in and out in minutes. Spar staff are ignorant must require special training to be that bad. Will never go there again for anything.
Staff are always very patient and helpful especially in the post office.
