Very unprofessional horrible place. Owner offered to do my hair, while working on me she constantly kept talking to lady sitting on sofa, personal childrens discussion. Didnt stop for a moment. When washed my hair made all my clothes wet from the back. When i told her you they should have put towel in my neck, she said we will dry you with dryer. I was there for nearly 4 hours felt severly cold as there is no heating. When I told them I am freezing she bought one horrible heater which hardly worked and made no difference. She told me different price for pedicure but charged me five pounds more by telling me they used some cream on my feet to massage, they should have asked me before using it not just start asking more money at the till. Bill caame more than hundred pounds and when i reachef to pay by card, they said cash only. I was very angry they should have told me they only work on cash.. The owner herself whisked away without saying a word and left one girl standing there with no answers.. She kept on saying cash only cash only... I had to call my other half from home to get me cash al the way..but they were like dead ends. Owner started to do her own hair while she working on me and even started to put make up on... I was just amazed how she is running a business... Disgusting experience.never again and would not recommend to anyone. No wonder the place was empty.In 4 hrs i only saw 3 customers walk in for small things..

I bought this as a gift for me & my friend from Wowcher. They offered a 90min pick 'n' mix pamper session where you had a choice of 6 to choose from. The 6 choices that was on Wowcher to pick from was Manicure Pedicure Massage Head massage Facial Hollywood waxing which stated 30mins was required for this. We attended on the 9/9/17 for 1:15, on our arrival we were only offered 4 out of the six. They were short of staff and the manager left the premises leaving one lady to deal with me and my friend and that member of staff was not fully qualified. To make matters worse we didn't even have the full 90mins. I would not recommend this to anyone. One of their loyal customers came for their appointment to be told the manager had left the premises and wouldn't be back for 2hrs. The customer was very annoyed as the manager made no attempt to contact the customer to reschedule the appointment, so leaving the customer to take their custom elsewhere.

The worst place in london ive been 😑 the hairdresser ruined my hair asked for layers and feathers and she did a straight cut from the back and a bob cut fringe from the front, she just did what she felt like... well anyways one advise, NEVER GO THERE!

I have just been to thread my eyebrows at Deeps on my lunch break, the owner (Deep) was very professional and gave me lots of information regarding other treatments they do. I usually avoid threading my eyebrows regularly as I have a very low pain threshold - but she was very gentle and skilled and managed to do my eyebrows with minimum pain, and created a beautiful shape too! I popped in on a whim as I was passing by, but I was so impressed that I left after booking a facial and a haircut for next week. Looking forward to it after the experience I had today! Thank you Deep!

Stay away! Unprofessional and poorly trained hairdressers. The place itself is dirt and smells of dump. Bathroom and toilet are dirtier than public toilet facilities. I had my extensions done in this place. I turned up for my appointment only to find out that the hairdresser forgot about it and had not brought necessary equipment to do my micro ring extensions. She sent me to Ilford to buy micro rings. I come a long way to have my hair done so I agreed. The extensions were attached to my hair on the track and not individually. The process took 45 minutes and I was charged £90. 3 days later after a lot of pain and also a lot of struggle to cover extension tracks, I decided to go to another hairdressers' near my work place to have my extensions inspected and ask for a second opinion. To my horror I was told that they had never seen such a bad extension work and that it looked as if it was done by a child! After having returned to Deep Hair and Beauty for a refund, I also learned that I was heavily overcharged. The owner was shocked to learn that I paid £90 as the hairdresser only put £50 in the register, stealing £40 for herself. She refused to refund any money. When I asked to have it taken out she said that it was not a problem but that there was £30 charge to have it done! To sum up my experience in one sentence, not only the staff is untrained and dishonest but the salon itself is very unhygienic and dirty. Overall, I would not return to this place and warn anyone from going.
