I recently called them for a quote regarding some work I needed carrying out. They were not interested in the job, I would assume because my apartment is too small. However, this does not mean rude behaviour is acceptable !!!

Really excellent service, from initial call to the decorating work itself. Would happily recommend MJ Kloss.

They decorated our living room, half way and bedrooms and did a fantastic job, at a reasonable rate too. Thank you.

Have used kloss twice and second time round the wall papering was very poorly executed and had to be redone. They don't offer a paint matching service just bog standard Johnston paint which has a limited colour palette. Customer service is good as they fixed the shabby workmanship. But there is no creative eye or communication from the people doing the job. i still have wallpaper with a pattern that is off center and anyone who sees it always comments on it. Really bugs me now. Could have done a better job myself and saved nearly 2k. I will not be using again.
