Helpfulness of the staff is zero. They do try a few did but they are clueless. Specifically, I asked them about the price of an item- they were looking for it for a long time. Clueless. At the end, I found it and as i was passing them by they didn’t check on me or anything. Kept randomly walking about the store. Probably avoiding customers. The mere reason why they receive their paycheck.nAdvice: Decathalon, hire better staff, or train them to be better, no matter how much you pay them.
We visited Decathlon today because the main frame of my son’s bicycle had bent. The customer service we received was outstanding. A huge thank you to Mo, Natalia, and Pawan for their friendly, professional, and helpful support.nnThey inspected the bike, explained everything clearly, and replaced it with a brand-new one without any hassle. They made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.nnExcellent service from start to finish. Thank you for going above and beyond—we really appreciate it and highly recommend Decathlon!
Amazing customer service from Muhammad! I wanted to upscale my tire size and he went above and beyond to find the perfect setup for my bike, even letting me test the clearance in-store. Even though they didn't have the exact tires in stock this time, his genuine love for bikes and honest advice was top-notch. I’ll definitely be a returning customer here thanks to Muhammad.
Last week, I went to the store to buy a swimsuit for my daughter. Since the item I wanted was not available, Luis kindly helped me place an online order. I truly appreciated how professional and patient he was in resolving my issue. Because of this positive experience, I decided to leave this review for him. I hope every store has someone like Luis so that all customers can feel satisfied with their shopping experience.
I had a great experience at this Decathlon today thanks to Mo from the bicycle service section. He kindly helped me adjust the brakes on my bike and didn't even charge me for it. It's rare to find such amazing and genuine customer service these days. Thank you, Mo, you rock!
