Decathlon, was established in 1976 (Lille, France). After a decade of growth, the brand expanded into the European market and eventually worldwide with over 1000 stores. Launching in the UK in 1999, Decathlon is now one of the world’s largest sports retailers, boasting 30 stores in the UK and a strong relationship with ASDA. Incredible customer service, one of our tent poles split and we needed a repair asap. Even if we bought our tent in France and they don't have that brand here, Malcom came in with a fast and perfect repair. Now we can enjoy the rest of our 2 weeks camping vacation! Thank you Malcom!

Clock and collect, excellent and very fast service. Staff were very helpful. Vivi was a great help and very nice to deal with. I would recommend.
Came in looking to buy a pair of football boots and was assisted by Emily who was not only extremely helpful but very kind and patient, she was able to give me a lot of good advice around which football boots would be best suited and she was even able to recommend the perfect bag for me which I also ended up purchasing! The size of boots I needed was not in store however Emily easily managed to have these ordered for click and collect at the store, the whole process was very easy, I would highly recommend!
Large store with lots of choices and a good range of prices.
Their Buy Back service has impressed me. Very eco and especially helpful if you want to sell something second-hand and avoid anything like Gumtree or Ebay or Facebook Marketplace. If you don't have your receipt they will go on today's market value. I enquired about my cosmetically tatty 10 year old Raleigh bike £360 new and the Buy Back quote was £70. You get this in Decathlon vouchers. They could probably resell for £120 but it's the convenience you're paying for here.
Vivi was very helpful, kind mannerism and authentic and made this process to order and purchase goods very smooth. As were other members of staff. Thanks. For training your staff properly.
Very patient and friendly staff, always happyto help and go beyond to deliver great service. You can find here all necessary equipment if you want to start camping adventure or add something new to your gear. Highly recommend
