I went in looking for Wrangler jeans since it's one of the few high street stores that stocks them. I politely asked a store assistant a woman over 6ft slim with purple dyed hair. Is there any Wrangler jeans because I seen them on the Debenhams website. She said "Just whats out there" I said can you show me and she just blanked me. Therefore it tuck me five minutes to find them without any customer service.

Store is OK, restaurant improved and it really needed to! Still very disorganised but food so much better than before just a shame had to wait so long. Store is usually busy at the weekend and much quieter during the week. Toilets and restaurant are on the top floor with children's clothing and home. Ladies wear on the first floor is the biggest department. Menswear and make counters are on the ground floor.

Good experience, nice staff, but expensive compared to online for perfumes. Brought some good makeup for my wife.
