Lots of choice, plenty of nice clothing on the blue cross sale racks, nice clean and bright shop.
Friendly staff. Large selection. Decent caffe. Multiple floors. A great place to pick up holiday clothing.
Me and my mam, absolutely love this place! Your guaranteed to walk out with something you weren't intending to buy! It's nice to have so many different designer labels under 1 roof, so you mix different styles and labels! Also have a sniff at some perfume!
Good department store staff were very friendly called in Sunday afternoon,sale still on bonus. I bought a couple of shirts good price and decent quality. Hope it doesn't go the same was as other large department stores and closes down.
I travelled to Wakefield today to use the debenhams click and collect service. The payment was taken from my account which was over £100 pounds the product I ordered was especially for my dads birthday in 2 days time. I was then told that a fault had occurred with my order it was either it wasn't in stock or there system had crashed so today I had to leave the store with no money in my account and no birthday present for my dads special day and told it will take 3-5 working days for my money to be back in my account. I am absolutely fuming will never use the store again and will be telling everyone I know to not use the click and collect service. Absolute joke!!!
Went in for the café. Food was pretty cheap but they'd run out of everything except sausages but they were *great* sausages. Cafe was clean and Covid safe, staff were friendly. I'd go back just maybe aim for earlier
Only 1 member of staff on the shop floor meant that I was waiting a considerable length of time to collect my parcel. I had to ring the bell 3 times and eventually a very apologetic lady came to serve me. This was not her fault as she was the only member of staff upstairs, but I suggest that management look at staffing levels if they don't want to annoy and inconvenience the customers.
Changing rooms closed ! So had to go to click and collect changing room only to be told cannot pay for goods here so walk all way back other side to join queue to pay. Not surprised your struggling if this is the way you treat your customers hardly a great experience.
The staff in here are friendly and helpful. There are 2 main problems with this store. As it's only a smaller branch it doesn't have as much to choose from as the larger ones, that's fair enough though as there's only so much space I suppose. The biggest and most annoying issue though is the opening times. Where is the point in having a large shopping area such as Trinity walk and then shutting all your stores located there before 6pm? It's just stupid. It's not just Debenhams though as I say but because of this it's difficult to give any store within Trinity walk anything more than a mediocre 3 star review.
The woman that served me I think she was called Clair was really rude when I asked some questions about the credit card. Everyone at the till was staring at me which made me feel intimidating! I got really good customer care at the perfume section yesterday by Adam. He was very helpful and I wouldn’t hesitate to find him for help again. Thank you!
