Phoned yesterday to find out why my prescription had not been delivered. I was told they had problems getting my inhaler and the make could be discontinued. As I have been waiting since the 7th April I asked why they didn't contact me excuse was they did not have my contact number. They asked me to phone my surgery to discuss another make of inhaler that is suitable for me. Why did they not contact my Doctors surgery to let them know that they didn't have the inhaler in stock. As I suffer from asthma this is not good enough.
Love the guys in girls in here. They are always really helpful.
These clowns can’t read a prescription from the doctor even when it’s printed, my prescription states what brand my medication has to be but these clowns get it wrong every single time and I have to point it out to them but they say we don’t do that brand even when they state we won’t have this in till tomorrow but still get it wrong so I would rather walk to another pharmacy to get the correct medication
