Very slow untrained service, we saw 3 family's leave in 40 mins. Kids hot dog buns were stale, my new yorker burger was completely dry throughout, when offered the choice of how it was cooked i asked for medium. Mrs food was sprayed with cleaner by staff from opposing table. We got our cutlery upon asking after 10 mins of staring at our food. Not to forget we could visibly see the kitchen staff eating over the food they were preparing. If you want to waste 90mins of your life trying to get a low standard burger then this is the place for you. We got a discount after complaining but that's not the point, awful experience.
Unhappy. Had two £50 notes in my wallet, not a usual set up, the woman behind the counter would not accept one of them but would not let me leave to get change without leaving the other one behind the counter with her. I was with my 7 year old for lunch and being treated like a common criminal trying to con them out of a couple of hot dogs is not a welcoming experience. Tescos up the road had the technology to take a £50 note, I returned to pay and get my other £50 back, next time we'll eat at Tescos.
Overall Poor! Why bother to ask how you want it if it always comes burnt to hell like a dry charcoal brick? slow service, dry buns, tasteless burgers. only good milkshakes and good sweet potato fries redeemed an overall poor experience. Now I know why this place always looks empty.
Went to Deans Diner after movies because they had a 'Buy One get one free' burger deal, and, you also got 20% off your bill if you produced your movie ticket. WELL, the atmosphere is fun with balloons and a record machine, but after that, thats where the FUN part stops!!! Have NEVER had such DRY and unappetising burgers in our life!!! - not for the price they were anyway - even with the one free!!! - give us a MacDonalds any day for a 1/4 of the price!!!, the bun was also hard and dry, the chips weren't worth buying and we even had to get up and ask for our 'unlimited coffee' twice. Its a shame, because from the outside it looks like such a FUN place to eat in, but, we will NOT be back, sorry!!! even though we've received a 50% off voucher for the next time we go in there!! - which won't happen!!!. The staff seemed very nice even blew me up a RED balloon to take away, but seemed very disorganised and slow.
Really fast service and food cooked as asked. Perfect!
Enjoyed meal in there very bid portions
