The vehicles and staff were immaculately turned out and Samantha, the funeral director, was exceptional. We had constant yet not intrusive attention to mourners and supervision that was reassuring and dignified that gave us all ongoing comfort during the service. It is often the little things that make the difference and we felt that Dean Brothers put so much attention into so many little things that it really highlighted that they are the best there is. I speak as a retired funeral director myself, so feel I know a little bit about what I'm saying. Deans are truly professional and outstanding.

After looking around for quite a while, my Mum completed a pre paid funeral plan with Dean Brothers this summer. We were impressed with Iain Dean’s professionalism and manner, and the price was far less than quotes from other companies. The paperwork was completed promptly and we have since recommended Deans to a number of other people.
