sales listened to what we asked for but didnt always deliver. units are great to look at and use but when we inform someone we do not have space to store units we do not expect phone call to ask if they can deliver 3 days prior. info on order sheet minimal which caused issue's with installation ie cupboard tops should have been scribed to fit coving not cut coving to fit cupboard tops. long upstands missing due to not being written on order sheet. hob splash back damaged this was pointed out by fitter as soon as he had unwraaped it. worktop edge came unstuck inside 1 month. went to talk with customer services not offered a seat or drink had various verbal conversations with fitter was infirmed that what we had been told ie rep will call after installation to check if all ok. told not company policy as you have signed sheet to state all ok so all I can say is if you have any prob/issue do not sign we signed in good as told about follow up call
