I chose DB Roberts as the visit i had from Lisa in the sales team gave me confidence that i mattered. She was not rushed as others have been and since then i have been happy with all of my communications with the team. They are always really helpful and supportive. I would highly recommend them to anyone selling their property.

D B Roberts Telford are dealing with one of the properties I am buying right now with them. I preferred them to any other company. The customer service was really good. They get you appointments for viewing quick in this current environment. I think they have got plenty of staff members as compared to other estate agents in Telford. Also, its not like its booking appointments on the portal/computer system or like some state agents in Telford. I like being able to speak to people. Also, they were not pushy or chasing me every day like some estate agents will do every day. I had experience. As i had good experience in buying the house from Colleen at D B Roberts. I will firmly recommend them for buying/selling or renting for a stress free experience.

Had Lisa D around just now to value the property etc. We had a negative experience with another company and wanted a second opinion, it's not clear who we are going to use yet for one reason or another, however Lisa was exceptional regardless and I would have no problems enlisting DB Roberts based purely off her. I wish I had used bd Roberts originally rather than wasting my time with a national branded company and all complications I now have with that relationship.

SIMPLY THE BEST  that really sums d b roberts up. Amazing staff. Quality and efficient. I would recommend 100% for selling or buying. They have just sold my property and I am buying one from them  nothing ever seems any trouble very very helpful.

We are selling our house via D.B. Roberts and have received excellent service from all staff concerned, right from Valuation, through Booking Viewings and now Sale proceedings.
