We are delighted with our orangery designed and built to a very high standard by DB Conservatories, from the initial contact with Mark through the planning to the build and completion including floor covering and the installation of window blinds.Their workforce were clean, tidy and very polite, a pleasure to have in our home. The build was completed on schedule with the absolute minimum of disruption to ourselves even though the weather at the time was atrocious. Since then DB have also supplied and fitted a bedroom window with the same expertise.They keep in contact after completion to ensure there are no problems. We highly recommend DB Conservatoires, Mr. & Mrs J B. Trefnant

Right from our first visit we were welcomed by Rodney who was very helpful with lots of valid advice on selecting our window styles and door. The installation was superbly fitted and not rushed , polite fitters with good attention to detail . We noticed instantly the difference in our house and one year on we have seen our gas bill reduce and most importantly the warmth stays in the house . We would have no hesitation in choosing them again . Friendly local company who have high standards of service and very trustworthy . Thank you to Rod and his staff for providing a first class service from start to finish . They have transformed our house visually and it's heat efficiency .

When I contacted you I was impressed by your approach and the honest way you talked to us. This impression was further enforced by the follow up visit to our property and the quote. We contacted you to regarding clarification of the spec and were again impressed and went out of our way to visit you and confirm what we wanted. We were given a price and placed an order. You then retracted the price, saying you were £500 out on the quote. You have been operating for years, you are supposedly professional. We trusted you, we feel so let down and disappointed, you wasted our time and mislead us. We have limited funds and we told you our budget and that the quote you gave us was at the top of our budget. We go with our gut instinct. believe in the person and don't believe the typical salesman approach so feel completely disheartened by the whole episode.

From our first contact at DB we found everyone who has had any dealings with our enquiry etc., to be very professional, knowledgeable & most friendly. Their advice & help has been most precise, clear & easily understandable. Our conservatory extension was fitted by two very exceptionally good, tidy & friendly installers.DB are an excellant friendly family run business which we would have no hesitation whatsoever to use again & can highly recommend them.

Very friendly and professional service. The small workforce means you are dealing people who really know what they are doing and don't hide behind 'service desks' should you want to discuss anything. Recommended.
