The owner is about as useful as a chocolate fire guard. A post office... That refuses to take parcels. Interesting business strategy, Paul. Horrible customer service, that guy who is working their shouldn't even work with people. Definitely not going any more to this post office and better to walk or drive to Arnold Post office.
Rude and unwelcoming. The owner seems to have missed the day they were doing customer service training at Post Office School
Owner is rude and basically a bully, it was a lovely place to go when it was Berrys. On the up side, I can't rate Sharon highly enough, she is kind, friendly and a hard worker, Paul is lucky to have her.
