We love Dawson's & visit most weeks. Staff are fantastic- very helpful & knowledgeable better than the Manchester shop. Gutted that the store is going to close.
Took my son's guitar in to be restrung in early January. Despite there being 3 members of staff in the shop seemingly not up to much, they refused to do it because they are so busy at this time of year. Bought some strings and was on my way. The staff were pleasant enough, but perhaps need to understand what busy actually means.
Had a 3 month old guitar i brought there with a faulty machine head. Took it in and they changed it over for me no problem. Friendly staff.
I love going into this shop. Warrington. The staff are really friendly and helpful, great knowledge too. I bought an acoustic guitar yesterday and I'm over the moon with it. Thanks guys, have a great Christmas.
