It's a very friendly place. The staff are all kind, considerate, and helpful.nDue to the machinery having to be kept cool, it gets very cold, as the air conditioning is on. I advise a blanket if you're dialysing here. You'll need to bring your own food, as only tea/coffee and biscuits are provided. There is free TV but bring your own headphones, they're not provided either.nGenerally it's a nice place, if you have to be there.
