Going to Davis Fitness has honestly been one of the best choices I’ve made for my health. The coach’s are phenomenal and the programs have really improved both my physical and mental health! My confidence when going to public gyms and the speed of improvement has increased drastically since I started my training at Davis Fitness. A really chill and welcoming environment too and I recommend them to anyone regardless of age or experience level.
I've been training at Davis Fitness for a few months now and it's been a game-changer! The personal trainers are exceptionally skilled, as well as friendly and professional and tailor my program to my specific goals. The gym is intimate and welcoming, creating a supportive environment where I feel comfortable to push myself. I've seen great progress since starting here and highly recommend Josh to anyone looking for personalised fitness training!
I’ve trained at Davis Fitness for around 6 years, and have seen progress in not only my physical fitness, but my attitude to healthy living, mental resilience and confidence. I have continued to have weekly personal training sessions with Josh since I arrived and loved every second. He is professional, knowledgeable and a friendly face to motivate you when you’re finding it hard to motivate yourself. The Davis Fitness group classes are always small and inclusive to make everyone feel 100% comfortable working at their own pace and ability, as well as being lots of fun and challenging. I have also recently begun joining Davis Fitness at their Run Club events, which have been such a fun way to exercise, socialise and progress with my running technique. I would highly recommend joining the Davis Fitness family!
I’ve been training with Josh as PT and with Josh and Ben on circuits since April 2024. At 48 and 101 kilos I realised I needed to move around more. 5 months later I’ve lost 10 kilos and gained a lot of muscle definition. Josh has worked with me on two ten week programmes once per week so far combining aerobic and strength. Over time I’ve been able to move bigger weights and built up stamina. As part of my membership, I can do two circuits a week. Josh has worked around various old injuries of mine in PTs and the circuits are hard but fun with a really friendly group of people. Josh and Ben are both really professional and well qualified. Highly recommend.
I've been training with Josh at Davis Fitness for some time now, and I couldn't be happier with my progress. Thanks to Josh's guidance, I feel more confident in the gym and healthier in my day-to-day life. Ben, Josh, and Semih are incredibly supportive and make you feel at ease during your training sessions. The community at Davis Fitness is fantastic, making it a great place to meet new people while getting fit. Signing up here was truly one of the best decisions I've made.
