In early January 2023 my wife and I found that water was getting into our home, a friend recommended Davies Property Maintenance, I telephoned Mark Davies who called at the house the next day. He diagnosed that the cause of the problem was that the felting under the roof tiles had worn out it had been put in when the house was built in the early 1970s and that only the front of the house was in a poor state because it was that part of the property that gets most of the wind and rain as it faces towards the west. Mark's quote was fair considering the amount of work that was required, a start date would be based on having a few dry days to carry out the work. During the first week of February work commenced and it took a little less than two days, the two men who did the work were absolutely brilliant, they got on with the job unlike other trades people who disappear for a couple of hours during the day. The day following completion I noticed that there was still some water trickling down the living room wall and when I spoke to one of the people who had done the work, he was understandably concerned and examined inside the roof space and found that a discharge pipe from our condensing boiler had not been fitted correctly and excess water was getting into the brickwork not the drainpipe. This was immediately fitted correctly and the problem was solved. Mark and his team have a great work ethic and are genuinely concerned with achieving customer satisfaction without giving bamboozling technical detail that the lay person me would understand. I wholeheartedly recommend Mark and his company, they are wonderful in attitude, highly skilled and affordable, what more could one ask for?

I would just like to say called davies property maintenance porthcawl for a quote to supply and fit a kitchen they did come in a little more expensive than the other 3 companies I phoned but me and my wife decided to go with mark the director of the company as he explained everything in detail his work force was outstanding the whole job turned out to be a show room we even asked mark to do a few extra jobs while he was there when I asked him how much it would cost we expected the price for The extra work when it came to paying the bill after he had finished our kitchen the extra work was £643 he only charged us an extra £97 for the materials and said don’t worry about the other few hundred pounds as we finished the job early so he didn’t charge us for the labour we where well shocked so now we have booked him in to do A new bathroom if I could give these guys six stars we would all our friends and family are now after him to thank you mark Brian and Gaynor
Another fantastic job completed by Mark and his team. The attention to detail carried out by Jason is outstanding. Mark was recommended to us by a neighbour which we are very grateful for as we are new to the area.
Fantastic service by Mark and his team. Came to the rescue when we were let down by another builder. 5 star service and excellent advice.
