I have been going to H. J. Davies for a few years now and they are fair, straight and very kind. Always very practical in solving problems, keeping jobs as simple as possible to keep the bills reasonable. Martin, his wife Helen and his team are always friendly and very helpful. They keep you informed and always do a good job.  They have serviced my car regularly and done the MOTs. They are the first people I call when there is a problem and they do what they can to help. They invariably fix pretty much anything that comes up and if they feel that I will get a quicker and cheaper job done with a specialist, they will suggest that I go elsewhere. Sometimes they have a recommended contact, other times, they make helpful suggestions about how to find a suitable specialist to get the job done properly. As a result of this attitude, you go away feeling like they are looking out for you and taking care of your best interests.  I can't recommend them highly enough.Services:&nbsp;Tires

Good at standard servicing, took the trouble to get the specialist items needed to service my Jeep and Ford.  Friendly and helpful.  Unfortunately in my hour of need, when the engine management warning light came on, I was told they could not look at it for a week, so I had to go elsewhere. Disappointing.  Since posting this review I have discussed with the owner at his request and accepted his apologies. I'm still disappointed but every business has the odd bad day!  So star rating restored from 3 to 5.

Amazing customer service, the fault was diagnosed with in a minute. I was dropped off at work and my car was brought back to me at the end of the day. Highly recommended.

Superb Customer service, very reasonable priced and couldn't fault anything. Would definitely recommend and certainly be returning. What more can one say.

Good, friendly service, always call before doing any work and always give sound advice. Cannot recommend enough!
