Worst chemist ever for the waiting time, phoned down ahead to see they had my prescription, they did, told them I'd be down in an hour, went in only for them to tell me it's not prepared, come back in 20 to 30mins, when I explained I'd phoned in it didn't make a difference, someone's got to look it out, a pharmacist has to check it, make it up, print labels etc. Shamballs of a chemist. Milnathort staff are brilliant tho, and even scone, but here it's a disgrace.

After five years of going to this chemist I shall be switching to Boots. I never feel welcome, no one smiles and today I was treated very rudely. I mentioned my concern to a senior member of staff who brushed it off. Boots have always been friendly and happy to help out, I shall be going there in the future......very disappointed.
