I cannot praise the team highly enough, the service is second to none. Within an hour of me calling them my DMax was collected from my home and was fixed by 5.30 the same day ! Amazing ! All the team so efficient, special thanks to Jane who is awesome and Aaron for the very prompt collection xxxx

I had the unbelievable misfortune/fortune of experiencing problems with my dmax whilst driving from Holyhead to Brixham. As luck would have it we pulled the truck into a lay by  near Crickhowell,  South Wales, to ascertain what was wrong with my truck. Unable to decipher what the problem was I got back in to drive a few additional metres along the lane only to look up and see a massive Isuzu sign. At 5pm I chanced my luck, called into the showroom and was greeted with a very warm welcome despite being very close to closing time. The amazing office staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. Within seconds they had a team of exceptional mechanics assess the problem, get the truck onto the ramp and within 30 minutes the broken transmission hose replaced, gear box fluid replenished and the keys of a perfectly working Isuzu were back in my hands and the potentially holiday disaster was averted and at a real bargain price. I cannot praise the efficiency, professionalism and friendly nature of David Taylor's staff enough. They were by far the most helpful team I have ever experienced in the service industry.

Recently purchased YG17.nFound Gene and his team friendly, knowledgeable and professional.nIdentified a snag list and these were rectified well above my expectations.nWould recommend.nTo update this review;nRun the vehicle for a couple of weeks and found a couple more minor snags, again these were rectified well well above my expectations, very impressed.

We were driving home to London from the local Green Man festival, when we noticed a fault on the car. They very kindly fitted us in, as the repair was a small one - despite them having a waiting list for general repairs...a sure sign of a well respected and trusted garage. They were super helpful, kind and friendly as well. We drove away, very grateful, wishing this was our local garage
