David is excellent I phoned in emergency on short notice. He helped straight away and return on the other day with the correct parts needed for the job. Extremely reasonable priced and fast. I will recommend to friends and family.

On the plus side David arrived punctual to fix my boiler , on the negative he took three attempts to fix and charged a call out each time . In all it was £700 pounds too fix my old boiler , I priced parts and  in total came too £200. I asked for recipients so I could claim back from insurance . Still waiting. Definitely wouldn't recommend.

Very professional and friendly service. David came out free of charge to look at my faulty boiler. He gave us two honest options on repair, either to sort faulty part or if cost close in price, advised it may be best and more cost effective to get new boiler altogether and have 5 years warranty. He called his supplier for parts in front of me and showed me the price from their email, he even tried to get the cost down from his supplier as previously bought the same part for cheaper and advised he would shop around for other prices that night while we had a think about it. In the end we opted for a new boiler as suited us best. Absolutely no pressure on whatever we decided and new boiler fitted in full by early afternoon. Highly recommend calling this company if you have any boiler issues.
