Rubbish wifi. Tried to connect to both guest and member n it runs at a snails pace...no slower than that! Could not get any work done just about opened the browser wity the guest one. The member one said my password was wrong so i clicked on reset about 4 times and got no email to reset it!! oh and the quiet lounge is cold. The staff are nice though.

My partner has been a member for over 10 years but is finding the facilities have not been updated for many years such as the jacuzzi with its 3 jets very disappointing!!! Especially for the price you pay.There is no real choice of Tariffs such as just gym no swim or swim no gym etc as some people would just like Gym only as prefer our own hottub with its 40 odd Jets!!!! As for doing joint membership so a couple can use the gym to be told there's joining fees etc nobody gets in contact with any kind of incentives,think it's not with the times of what The People your members want and will be losing a lot of members to other gyms that offer more Choice......

Overpriced for not very good, unclean facilities. Also overpriced compared to other David Lloyd's (particularly Coventry, Dudley & Worcester). They also don't tell you the prices unless you go all in for a tour and get a VERY pushy sales person try to sell you the membership at the end saying stuff like "well what else are you going to do???" "How else are you going to achieve your goals??". I went in after summer 2017 for this spiel and the prices were around £74p/m for the standard membership, if you want rackets and "flexibility" it was a lot lot more! I eventually got a membership through my workplace at £43 p/m which I decided was worth trying for a year. Staff are usually unavailable to help in the gym area, numerous times someone was taking up a piece of equipment for over an hour at peak times and nothing was done about it as gym staff only care about selling there personal training!! A lot of the facilities haven't been updated in years and I witnessed muddy equipment that did not get washed properly for multiple days. Swimming pool is always busy with kids so you can't get a swim in unless you are quick enough for the lanes and even they are always taken up. Classes are at stupid times for people who work 9-5 and the ones at reasonable times are always fully booked and unless you want to keep messing with the app you're not getting in there! The DLicious restaurant is also overpriced for what you get and it's not very good food either. The club seems to aim most of there stuff at families and housewives. It will be interesting to see how they handle the new competition from "everyone active" around the corner!

The staff make this gym... exceptional and happy. Creates a brilliant and warm atmosphere.

Love this place but after speaking to other members the gym needs to open earlier , I’d say that 90 percent of the gym members are professionals and would all say that a earlier opening time would make it more possible to use the facilities before work . I know that other David llloyd gyms open earlier and other gyms are open 24 hrs a day . I think if David Lloyd were to listen to there customers the people including myself who have said they may leave because of this issue would stay
