Definitely the worst estate agent in Stanley... county Durham...if not the UK. This lot are so unprofessional it's beyond belief. Identified three  properties for investment. Two with Hawkins....first one no call back at all....second one call back 3 days later saying she would call back !!...and still waiting..amazing. Bought the third property  via Bennetts across the road. How do they stay in business...??

Owfull people!! Biggest mistake of my life renting from david Hawkins they dont get replairs done they have no conscience what so ever and liers!!! These owfull people have took six months rent upfront and the house im renting from them has a hole in the roof and no loft insulation no fire just radiators.. They have no intention of getting it fixed  do not rent from these people

I received a Fantastic service from this family run business, who helped me every step of the way in purchasing my first family home. Would thoroughly recommend.

Great company, lovely people and sell your house for free! what more can you ask for : Thumbs up all the way!

The staff are really informative and they go out of there way to help without using pushy sales puches, and the prices are fantastic too.

Do not bother with this  Company I left my name n phone number was told that sum one wood get back in  Touch with me but no one did not happy at all
