I would like to thank Kym Samson for the dedication and support I have received throughout the years in my child contact case that was very challenging and difficult. After being involved in an incident , I contacted  Duncan and McConnell for legal advice. I dealt with Kym who was fantastic & made me feel at ease in which was a difficult time for myself. She was fantastic at the legal side of things but also the human side as well , I couldn’t speak highly enough of Kym & would recommend her 100%.

Excellent service from Duncan and McConnell Solicitors, they dealt with my double speeding ticket and had it reduced to 1 speeding ticket with a small fine, would highly recommend them, they also done it for les than 1/3 of the price i was quoted by a Glasgow solicitor.

Extremely unprofessional and unethical. They operate in a super market fashion looking to make some easy cash without having any interest in my case. They have concealed critical evidence of my case that would have dropped my case. They  just wanted to scare me and cash in and then intentionally  recommended a 'easy' way out so the case does not continue to Court, telling me that it would have no impact on me. This was not at all the case, since their recommendation  harmed me and put me later on in a very difficult  position.When I called to request for more information and ask them why they have given me wrong advice  they wanted nothing to do with it and  hang up the phone. Totally unethical practice.They simply  "play" with  people's  lives  so they make some more
