This man is a total time waster so beware.After initial contact by phone he asked for photos of my boiler set up which i supplied.I had to chase him for a reply and eventually he told me he could come out on the weekend.Saturday afternoon i texted him and also left a voicemail politely asking what was happening.No reply so Sunday i phoned him and asked if he was coming today and he said no with no reason given for the change of  mind.I asked him if we could book it in and he said give me 10 mins and i will call you back.He didnt. So its up to you people but thats my assement of him.Mr Unreliable.

When we first made contact we were told Mr Minchin would get back to us when he had checked his diary. He didn't. We left it four days and texted. No response. We texted again. The same. So we called and were told ( no apology ) that he hadn't received the messages ( does not excuse him not checking his diary and contacting us back in the first place! ) He asked that we emailed and said he'd be able to do the works the following Saturday. We explained once again, the nature of the job and that we'd leave the key somewhere for him to pick up and let himself in. It's now Saturday evening and the contact has just called to confirm that he hadn't turned up. Most unprofessional. Avoid at all costs. Cannot even spell Electrical ( above )
