Had my first appointment after a long time, Eloise was great and brought an end to a stressful experience with tooth pain with her care and compassion when explaining everything that had happened and setting out a plan going forward. I would recommend this dental practice to anyone seeking high quality, professional & informative care.
Appointment cancelled and can’t get through on the phone to reschedule. Waited on hold 3 times which ended in simply being disconnected. Requested callback twice and heard nothing. It’s a shame because Dr Morris is an excellent dentist but the practice needs a front of house/admin that can take calls if the practice is going to cancel appointment at a weeks notice.
Received a message informing me that my appointment had been cancelled. Tried several times this morning to contact the practice, was on hold twice for 15 minutes each time, only for my call to be disconnected each time. Requested a call back on the 3rd attempt but heard nothing, therefore tried calling again at the end of the day only for my call to be disconnected again after waiting on hold for 15 minutes. If appointments are going to be cancelled less than a week prior and the practice is asking patients to contact the surgery to reschedule, staff should be available to answer these calls.
I’ve not had the best experience here, but after raising issues with management things turned around. The original work carried out on my teeth was not great, I had 3 fillings done in August and I’ve already had to return several times to have them repaired.nnBut I’ve now been given a new dentist and he was brilliant. After almost 2 months of not being able to eat properly due to the work done I’m so happy it’s now sorted. He also made sure I was refunded the money I’d been charged for the repairs. I would give Ibraheem 5 stars!nnChanged my original rating from 1 star based on my overall experience.
Twice they've had to cancel his appointment. One end of November and last week on the 13th they called before 9am to cancel his appointment at 9.15. As he was about to set off.  I needed to ring him straight away to tell him not to leave.nSo I tried to call them back as soon as the line opened and I was 17th the queue so I requested a call back so i could rearrange his appointment. The call back never happened.  We then get a letter dated 13th saying he's overdue his regular checkup and in danger of being deregistered.nToday he tried calling, waiting to be answered but when he got down to 2nd in the queue he were told you were experiencing a busy line and try later. Cut off.  So he called straight away, 6th in the queue and requested a call back. After an hour or so waiting he decided to go to the reception which was completely empty. 2 receptionist available still no return call.nThey say sorry there's something wrong with the phones.nSo the phones have been faulty for a week nThey gave him an appointment for the next morningnYou cancelled both appointments then send a threatening letter is very upsetting
