I just want to give a massive shout out to Adam on the reception desk. Today after my gym session, my blood sugars and heart rate dropped quite rapidly. Adam was quick to help me, he gave me a full fat coke, sat me down and stayed close by me until I was in a good enough state to leave. Adam you’re amazing. Thank you so much, I really appreciate your help today. What a hero.
No air con! I have always enjoyed going to this gym as the facilities are good and the staff are all lovely. However, the air con has been broken for a matter of weeks, if not months, it is unpleasant to work out in such hot conditions! If this isn’t fixed soon I will be looking for a new gym, as I really do not enjoy it anymore. Again, this is a great gym and the staff are helpful and friendly. It’s a real shame about the air con.
Great gym with large swimming pool. Clean and tidy inside and outside. Nice little coffee area as you walk in over looking the pool area which is nice for the kids after swimming.
First time visiting this leisure facility and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised.nI think it's a fantastic facility.nI used the gym which was very good. I would recommend adding a few mirrors in the free weights area, especially in front of the squat rack. Also invest some proper sized Olympic weights.nLoved the fact the reception has a coffee shop. Flat white was spot on. The lady serving was really friendly too.nGreat to see a place like this available for the locals to use.
Use pool regularly. Re:fresh sessions are only £1. Pool and changing rooms are clean and well maintained. Staff are friendly and helpful
