First time visiting this leisure facility and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised.nI think it's a fantastic facility.nI used the gym which was very good. I would recommend adding a few mirrors in the free weights area, especially in front of the squat rack. Also invest some proper sized Olympic weights.nLoved the fact the reception has a coffee shop. Flat white was spot on. The lady serving was really friendly too.nGreat to see a place like this available for the locals to use.
Les Mills classes are fabulous! Really enjoy them! The studios are great; well equipped , plenty of equipment so far as seen. Haven’t had time to try all of the classes; but the ones I have are great! All the class instructors I have had so far April, Ali, Nikki, Sue are amazing too! They will always check on people that they’re okay; cater for different fitness levels, motivating and encouraging : The facilities are brilliant also, great variety of gym equipment, all clean, up to date and in good order. Changing rooms are lovely too; clean warm, the lockers are nice, good showering cubicles and changing cubicles. All the staff I have encountered have been nice and helpful also. I’m really glad I’ve got a membership : keep up the great work everyone; you all add that extra sparkle to a lovely leisure centre!
It's always great here, staff friendly, great swimming pool. I go every week .nWould highly recommend.
Helpful staff. Good pool. Mainly clean. Tremendous value for residents of Blackburn. £1 for two showers and an hour's exercise.nnLost a star because lots of dust on the cable racking and steels above the changing room.
Went to Fear Factor, when we arrived we did knot think it was going to be impressed. But my god we're we wrong the mazes, definitely impressed and will scare anyone. Definitely worth visiting, will be going again next year.nnPlease do support this growing event.
