I'm so glad we have this park just in our back alley. It's very well maintained, from the grass, to the flowers and pathways. Everything is well kept. The lake gives such a relief by just looking at it, with all the ducks, swans, geese, and birds flying around singing in their cute bird voices. Especially when the weather gets nice, it's a very relaxing place for whenever I need a quick getaway from my own busy life. Definitely recommended to come visit, either to come for a stress-free day out, bringing kids for the big play area, for family picnics, or just for couples to go on romantic walks. Playground: Lots of little activities for kids to play. Toddler play area as well as kids and teenage play area available. There are badminton tables, football/basketball courts. Dog-friendliness: Lots of people bring their dogs. I see that whenever I go out Picnic area: Picnic tables are available, lots of green fresh grass too
Visited before Halloween on a windy and cold day. Pizza restaurant was amazing. Rabbit park was fun to visit. Playground: Great place for walk and day out. Weather contribute significantly. If windy and cold hard stay longer. But I enjoy brisk walk here and amazing restaurants and rabbit park Restrooms: Clean and well mentained. Picnic area: Great place for outing.
Huge park, I visited for Pride. It is well kept and vast. One bunch of lads played cricket there all day! Free parking and large spaces. Bring a picnic and a compass.
Great for a walk in pleasant surroundings, good parking and quiet for a Sunday afternoon will go again
BE CAREFUL, ICE CREAM MAN SCAMMER. This ice cream man today charged £8 for two small ice cream. When I paid by contactless I didn't ask nor saw the amount. We left the van and after couple of minutes received a payment notification and noticed that he scammed me. I immediately went back and asked him why charged me £8. He tried to play the role of innocent and acted like he doesn't know anything. Then he said "you had four ice-cream" . He tried to deny it and acted like I bought the ice cream 10 years ago. I showed him the transaction on my card, then had no other choice and refunded me but still not being sorry or regretful. So be extra careful with scammers like him. Imagine how he would be charging families and small children buying ice-cream with their parents' contactless card In terms of the park Dartmouth Park West Bromwich is one of the best parks for all everyone including single, families, children to do all sorts of outdoors' activities. You can bring your food and drinks and spend all day enjoying your days. Huge open and safe place for kids for all ages. . Stunning park, grass is beautifully cut, and the scenery is amazing. There is plenty of play equipment for children both young and older. There is plenty of seating for everyone. There are public toilets, including disabled toilets and baby changing, snack shops, and outdoor seating. Not forgetting the amazing lake full of gorgeous ducks and swans. Playground: Many play areas, a small sand area also for younger children by the rest room and seating area. Restrooms: Decent condition they can do with some updating. Dog-friendliness: Dogs are free to roam without a leash from what I seen. Picnic area: Lots of seating areas and grass sreas for picnics.
Lovely park. Clean and spacious. Free parking. Play area.
A great place to walk and cycle. Great parks for kids, clean toilets, rabbit village, big car park, ducks, tea rooms cafes, etc…
Beautiful and fantastic! Lovely day over there with play area and a large lake. We went Sandwell valley and to the farm too. Wheelchair access and car parks, toilets near the car park but some reason the men’s shut earlier then the woman’s but no idea why. It make it perfect for picnics at the park if you having a play day, everything’s so close to each other.
Very nice well looked after park, friendly people and some points of interest to check out including the monument. Playground: Saw at least 2 playgrounds with various slides, swings etc. Restrooms: Are 2 or more toilet facilities within the grounds. Dog-friendliness: Definitely a fog friendly parkm Picnic area: Had seen many a family having a picnic.
