Tried to pay for hours.. The site took my bank details. I recorded & screenshot evidence of this. Because payment would not go through. I was expecting a fine. So I opened a complaint stating its their responsibility to maintain their website. Not mine.nThey squashed the fine.

Very rarely do I leave a review, however, I felt compelled to considering the poor customer service. I was trying to resolve a basic issue regarding a crossing and I had completely different answers from the customer service representatives. One said there is no charge on the account and confirmed he was sure and the other person said there is a charge pending. The switchboard had sent me round on a continuous loop and then to top it off, I was cut off whilst trying to get clarity on an issue. I'm more confused now then when I had initially called. Clarity and consistency would really help customers.

30 minutes of my life I won’t get back and paid £2.50 for the privilege .nMid morning on a Friday, no accident, no rush hour and no reason why traffic is queuing back past junction 2 again.nNot worth one star but no option to give the minus score this highway robbery deserves.nThere’s no incentive to improve traffic flow.   Can we introduce a financial penalty for owners every time the queue is longer than a set distance from the tolls we should all be able to go through for free.nOr even better remove the toll completely.

Just absolute disgusting highway robbery of regular motorists who is burdened with too much charging and prolonged time of paying the debt for the construction of these road project facility which was financed long time ago thru public loan and should have been fully paid by now.

Disgusting, poor customer service. DO NOT GET A PAY AS YOU GO ACCOUNT. they close your account for now reason even though automated and just want to fine and charge and use enforcement despite paying crossings, have no solution to delays whilst awaiting T7 and T9 forms to complete, just want to charge and earn whenever possible even when your a paying customer.
