The staff are not attentive and they don't communicate well with people. The lady was on the phone for so long and I was waiting but she had the audacity to ignore me, I mean did tell her that I had booked in a PC but she didn't care. 

About a few years ago the library times were the same Mon-Sat with Thursday off but now they've changed the times which is very unusual.

Brunette lady very rude and unhelpful absolutely disgusting attitude from a woman of this age actually said to my face she would not help me so what exactly do they employ her for she looks miserable. should know better she ought to be sacked!!!! Other staff very polite and helpful.

If you ask to use the toilet the staff react like Mediaeval folk encountering a demon (step back, hands up, hiss of horror).

They are surly and singularly unhelpful plus there are hardly any books (don't request any - they don't like that).

Not very welcoming and arrogant staff members,found the reception staff very rude and not helpful, these staff members need more training or need to be replaced.very disappointed with this Darnall library.
